Scrapping Everyday Miracles Challenge #13

I really want to get back into posting regularly here... I have created so many layouts that I havent shared...
First I will begin by sharing this month's challenge over at Scrapping Everyday Miracle's....

It is my month to come up with the challenge and here it is....

This months challenge is to scrap about something that you are passionate about.... something you are or did work at with all of your heart!  It is okay if you dont want to scrap about yourself... it could be about  anyone that has put all of their heart into doing something!

The scrap twist is to use a heart in or on your project....

If you think it sounds like a fun challenge and would like a chance to win a prize from Nikki Sivils head on over to Scrapping Everyday Miracles....

Here is my layout.... and a couple close ups....

My daughter always makes me so proud and I love to see her work at things.... to truly put her heart into doing something.  Karianne wanted a trampoline.  Her father and I said that she could but that she had to earn it.  We have a ton of marbles and we told her that we would give her a marble for every time she was good, kind and listened to her parents; when she filled a whole jar with marbles she could have a trampoline. She was so good amazingly good!  It took her 10 weeks and she never lost focus.  The day she dropped her last marble in while she was at preschool ... Lars and I went to the toy store and bought the trampoline.  It was pouring rain outside but Lars still set up so that it would be there when she got home.  We were just so very proud of her.  This is only one of the many many accomplishments that she will have in her life... but with each of them we will stand by her side the proud parents.  God has just truly blessed us!!!!!

We did let her jump in the rain for a few minutes on the very first day but due to the weather I couldnt really take any pictures... so this is actually a picture from the next day after the trampoline had dried.  Because of the net you have to shoot pictures from the top and I just love how the sun  reflected off of her face... There is also a picture of the marble jar all filled up!  I recorded the story on 3 labels that I stapled together and then glued to the layout... I wanted to create a grid layout but at the same time still have an unexpected kid like layout... Therefore I splashed the background with tea and waterdown paint.  I also included two sock monkey brads from the Eyelet Outlet that reminds me of my silly jumping little monkey Karianne....

You have until Feb. 29th to enter so it would be great to see what fun product you can come up with.... Here is the link again to Scrapping Everyday Miracles Challenge #13.
